Recovered: Women in Renaissance Art
Recovered: is a hands-on, discussion-based workshop series that explores the parts of art history that were left out of the mainstream narrative.
Each session focuses on artists and communities who were often excluded from museums, academies, and “the canon” — not because of a lack of talent, but because of power, access, and visibility.
Instead of lectures, we'll work with images, mini case studies, and group conversation to learn how to read art differently:
Who is represented? Who is missing? Who gets credited? Who gets collected?
