Liberec Masopust Protected content take place on Sunday, February 22nd at Protected content
with a program that starts at 10:00 with the opening of the markets, a slaughter and a subsequent carnival parade at 10:30, offering traditional delicacies, crafts, music, masks (including the possibility of participation) and entertainment, continuing the tradition of popular carnival celebrations.
Carnival market: Over 60 stalls with traditional delicacies (butcher specialties, sausages, cheeses, sweets, svařák, beer), handicrafts (ceramics, jewelry) and cosmetics.
Krkonoše slaughter: Opportunity to taste fresh slaughter delicacies (goulash, prdelačka, tlačenka).
Carnival procession: Led by the Jizera folklore ensemble with traditional masks (Laufr, Kobyla, Medvěd, etc.), in which visitors in masks can also participate.
Music: Performances by bands such as Broďanka and Náhodne setkání.
Come join the carnival festivities and enjoy the atmosphere on the square!
