Muchos de nosotros hacemos nuestra lista de buenas intenciones para el año. Has hecho ya la tuya? Pero desde dónde, desde la mente o desde tú autentico SER?
Most of us we make a list of resolutions for the year Have you made yours? But, from where have you made it, from the mind or from your authentic BEING?
🧘 I invite you to a nice meditation that will make you get a deep relaxation and from that stillness, visualize what you want for you this year, but what you really and concious need.
What do you need to continue your live in balance?
What do you want so you can be happy?
What do you leave behind to continue learning?
Everyone is welcome! And in Spanish of course! 😍
🎇 How we will make it?
We will do a guided meditation and then you will write down the first thing that comes to your mind in a notebook.
IMPORTANT:
- Have a yoga mat ready to be on the floor.
- You can be in a sitting or lying position.
- Bring your notebook and a pen handy.
