Vamos a disfrutar de una práctica clásica y preciosa de mindfulness: explorar tu clima interior.

We will enjoy a clasic and beautiful mindfulness practica: exploring your inner climate.

🧘 I invite you to a nice meditation en español and so you can either practice the lenguaje with a mindfulness vocabulary and/or have a nice and calm break during your week.

🎇 How we will make it?
We will practice a mindfulness technique from the international loved teacher, Thích Nhat Hạnh.

*** Please I ask you to have the camera on at least to say hellow. As a facilitator I would like to have "human" connection.
- You can be in siting in a chair or couch or laying at a yoga mat on the floor.
- Have your notebook and a pen.

There are hundreds of benefits of a mindful life: body-mind balance, empathy, more perspective, a higher vibration and therefore be healthier.... 💗
