Seventh edition of the Nordic Film Fest, a review that was created with the aim of promoting cinematography and culture in the Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden), organized by the four Nordic embassies in Italy and with the collaboration of Scandinavian circle of Rome.

The numbers of NFF Protected content
Altogether Nordic Film Fest Protected content present 13 Nordic films, 2 documentaries, 6 video art: 3 films Denmark, 3 films Finland, 1 film Iceland, 3 films Norway, 3 films Sweden, 6 video art the Scandinavian Club, 2 documentaries the # Bergman100 and 12 shorts the NFF for Kids, for a total of 30 hours of great Nordic cinema.
The review, which will take place at the Protected content will present new films in preview or unpublished in Italy and is also realized in collaboration with the Embassy of Iceland in Paris, the Film Institutes of the respective countries, under the patronage of the Municipality From Rome. In addition to the screenings, in the original language with subtitles in Italian and with free admission, the program includes presentations and meetings with international guests (directors, actors, producers, screenwriters). The theme of this year's exhibition will be "HISTORY & HISTORY" the great history and the small everyday stories, which intertwine in our life.
The event will also have a special space dedicated to the "Nordic Video-Art" by the Scandinavian Circle.

Preview of the Nordic Film Fest, Wednesday 2 May at 18:00 as a side event, the inauguration at the Protected content of the exhibition "Ingmar Bergman and his legacy in fashion and art", for the event "Ingmar Bergman Protected content # Bergman100 ". This year the great Swedish director, screenwriter, playwright and writer Ingmar Bergman would have turned Protected content remembered with celebrations all over the world. The exhibition will remain at the Protected content until May 31st.
The celebration also includes the screening of the documentary Bergman Island, where for the first time Ingmar Bergman shows us his world on the desolate and mysterious island of " Fårö ". On the same theme the documentary Trespas - Sing Bergman, which will be screened on Thursday 3 May at 16:00, here the audience is taken to the house of Bergman on Fårö along with some of the most important international directors and actors, such as Woody Allen, Robert de Niro, Michael Haneke, Martin Scorsese and Lars Von Trier.
Officially opening the Nordic Film Fest Protected content , with the presence of the director Erik Poppe, the historical film The King's Choice, nominated at the Oscars Protected content , box office in Norway, winner of 8 Amanda Awards Protected content , the Oscars of Norwegian cinema.
