Dr. Olivier Béranger is a psychoanalyst who treats Damien, a patient suffering from a thousand pathologies: he is hypochondriac, claustrophobic, afraid of birds, the dark and failure, and suffers from self-destructive and suicidal tendencies.
After five years of analysis and yet another attempt by Damien to throw himself from the balcony of his office, Dr. Béranger decides to suspend the sessions with the young man and dismisses him by giving him one last piece of advice: find a soul mate as neurotic as him and fall in love with him to overcome all his manias....
