We continue celebrating Protected content of the Reinheitsgebot (Purity Law for Beer) when the Bavarian Duke Wilhelm IV. announced it at Ingolstadt on the 23rd April Protected content .
And this is still valid: Malted Barley, Hops, Water are the only ingredients plus fermenting yeast for a good German Beer!
