Dear art lover,
Let’s visit together the special exhibition of the German sculptor August Gaul ( Protected content ) at the Liebieghaus in Frankfurt.
August Gaul played a crucial role as a leader of the Berliner Secession Movement. Since Protected content has enjoyed the free entrance to the Berliner Zoological Garden, he quickly became a big fan of animals, his favourite topic in sculpture.
The title of the special show “Animals Are Only Humans Too” shows how much Gaul absorbed the topic of the animal portrait.
