Art Workshop: Working With Clay on Canvas

Dear art friends,

Please note this event is taking place in Mainz!

Talking about art is the best way to exchange about different cultures but doing art together let us know how things in arts truly work out.

This workshop needs a minimal effort from you: an open minded spirit to try new techniques. We will start with big canvas, first step painted in white, then we are going to apply a mixture made
out of air-dried clay to create small 3D forms. Our inspiration is the rococo ornament: the rocaille.

The workshop starts with a short guided tour about porclain and rococo decorations to make the inspiration work.

No special talents are necessary, we want to have fun together.
