We warmly invite you to our Digital Detox trip inside the Garden of Heavenly Peace.
The silent reading session is a good starting point for someone who is new to the meditation practice, or anyone wishing for a quieting and slowing down amongst the noise of our daily lives.
We will read our books in the 1st hours of our meet-up and than do some exercises. Later we can enjoy a cup of coffee or tee together.
Join us for beautiful moments of "belonging, being and becoming".
Please bring your own book or books.
