Ethiopian Dinner
Hey all, this month let's visit an Ethiopian restaurant.
Their specialty is Injera, a soft, fermented pancake with a bubbly texture and a tangy flavor. Traditionally made from the ancient grain teff, it is laid flat on a plate and topped with various dishes, which you eat by tearing off pieces of the bread to pinch and scoop the food.
Please note that Ethiopian food is meant to be shared (traditionally also eaten with hands but the restaurant will provide cutlery). It is possible to order your own injera or another dish but the full experience is in multiple people sharing.
This is an event with limited spaces, please don't sign up if you are not sure and do not cancel less than three days before the event.
