Recently signed to the legendary Blue Note Records — the most prestigious label in jazz history — the Houston-born pianist stands firmly in the great tradition of gospel-rooted players who carry a century of jazz with effortless fluency.
His debut album, You’re Exaggerating, is a remarkable achievement, following in the footsteps of Blue Note icons such as Horace Silver, Herbie Hancock, Robert Glasper and Jason Moran.
A rising star and member of Joshua Redman’s quartet, Paul Cornish will perform in our intimate club — a rare opportunity to experience, up close, one of the most exciting pianists of his generation.
