Stop, reflect, change workshop
After a summer break, "stop, reflect, change" is back. I hope you had a healthy summer and are ready to meet up again! Please note this is sn in person event!
As much as we would like it to happen, but change doesn't happen over night - buh 😒! So practising awareness for 2,5hrs, reviewing where you are, who you are helps us to realign ourselves and find out what we want. It does take time and continuous encouragement and reflection. Come and join us to another session to connect with like minded people.
What is this activity for?
Is there anything you feel stuck with, something you can’t seem to get your teeth into, something that’s bothering you on a personal and emotional level? Speak it out loud and see your own solution through the help of others.
We are meeting IN PERSON to stop, reflect and change.
What are we doing?
- practice awareness and mindfulness
- support each other
- learn and practice a specific coaching method (Balint Method- a coaching tool that has been used for 70 years, originally developed by the hungarian Psychologist and Psychotherapist Michael Balint)
Please be reminded about the internations rules and only sign up if you can really make it. Also, please only come if you are healthy and have not knowingly been in contact with someone you had/has the coronavirus.
