Ready to Join?

The days have become shorter and we see the sun only occasionally. Our mental health is being challenged to stay positive and strong. But how can we do that? What can help us to stay healthy in our mind and upbeat for the months to come?

I would like to show you some methods to let go of anger and frustration and gain strength during the day. The methods are light and don’t require any pre-knowledge, you can come as you are. We will be practising mindfulness and get creative.
Please have paper and pen nearby.

What will you do in this workshop?

You will be working in small groups, please ensure your voice and camera are working, so everyone has the change to connect as much as possible.
