Sorti en Protected content réalisé par François Truffaut, le chef-d'œuvre de la Nouvelle Vague Jules et Jim raconte l'histoire de deux amis inséparables, l'Allemand Jules et le Français Jim, qui tombent amoureux de la même femme libre et imprévisible, Catherine, incarnée par Jeanne Moreau.

Jules and Jim is a Protected content New Wave romantic drama directed by François Truffaut. Set before, during, and after World War I, it tells the story of an intense love triangle (ménage à trois) between an Austrian man named Jules, a Frenchman named Jim, and a free-spirited woman named Catherine.
While Wenders did not direct the film, he holds a deep admiration for Truffaut's work. Because of this influence, special retrospectives—such as those hosted by the DFF – Deutsches Filminstitut & Filmmuseum in Frankfurt—sometimes screen Jules and Jim alongside Wenders' own film cycles.
