The plot:
Karolina, last of the great Lanckoroński family, with the outbreak of the war she joined her ranks and survived the Ravensbrück camp. With her attitude she proved that the great Cicero, whom she quoted from her memory, was wrong when he said that the Muses are silent in war. Of course, they can't, they don't try to break through. Yet they work tirelessly, secretly, find their way into troubled human hearts. They save dignity and, sometimes ... life.
