Dear wine friend!

Then the summer passed.

We hope that you have enjoyed the good outdoor weather, the cool white and rosé wines and the lovely red wines with the summer food.

Now the days are getting shorter, the darkness is coming earlier, and we are moving inside again. And even though summer is over, there is fortunately plenty to look forward to – candles, simmering food, good ingredients and wines with a little more body.

We will taste some of the wines that go well with autumn dishes. Wines with structure and body, but still with the freshness and balance that makes you want another glass.

But wine is not just about what is in the glass.
It is also about being together.
About meeting over a glass of wine, sharing some food, talking, tasting and letting time pass a little slower.
This is one of the things we love so much about the Spanish way of enjoying wine.

And as most of you know: Spanish wine is best enjoyed in the company of a Spanish tapa. So of course we serve tapas in the cellar.

Feel free to bring a friend, girlfriend or neighbor – the more people around the barrels, the better.
