AN INTRODUCTION TO BASIC TRX is a basic, simple, an interesting way to learn how to use our own bodyweight to improve functional movements for the betterment of our day to day activities.
A Fun, very personal, class of maximum of 5 pax.

What is TRX?

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.

3 thing you need to bring:
- A Face Towel
- A Water Bottle (filled with water of course) 😉
- Yourself

AN INTRODUCTION TO BASIC TRX is a class for anyone young or old with any fitness level.
