Ready to Join?

Climbing stairs is one of the best exercises when it comes to pure FAT BURN, strengthening the lower body, toning the butt, thighs, calves, losing inches from those love handles and belly and building great abs. Along with these benefits, it is the immense good it does for your lungs and cardiovascular system.

I'd like to invite you for an early morning Saturday stair climbing session with Coach Adam Ahmad. The route is very short (we will be doing repetitions) and there are taxi stands if you wish to end the activity earlier.

Things to bring:
1) Sportswear (Sports Shoes are COMPULSORY)
2) Water Bottle (There is a water cooler at the summit)
3) Towel (Optional)
4) Mosquito Repellent (Optional)
5) Sunblock (Optional)
6) Personal Medication, Inhalers, etc (as prescribed/necessary

NOTE: In the event of wet weather, activity will be cancelled. updates will be provided at 7AM.

There are no lockers, so it is advised that you show up in sportswear and with a pack that you can carry throughout the session.
