Walk & Talk With Japanese IWT at Marina
Join the Japanese Interval Walking Training (IWT) practice which is gaining popularity for its potential to burn fat, reduce blood pressure and increase strength.
IWT tracks pace rather than steps, with intervals of slow and fast walking—three minutes at an easy pace followed by three minutes at a challenging pace, repeated for 30 minutes.
Pace and intensity improve health markers more effectively than walking Protected content .
We will meet in Dubai Marina and walk along the promenade.
After the walk, we will attend a cozy coffee shop, walking is also a great opportunity to make new friends.
Please come with a bottle of water :)
Cheers,
Yann
