Menu:
Protected content of Interval Walking Training (IWT) which is really interesting for its potential to burn fat, reduce blood pressure and increase strength. Alternating intervals of slow and fast walking grants much better outcomes than Protected content walking.
Protected content of slow running for an effective return to running while minimizing adverse effects on the body and supporting improved outcomes. Particularly beneficial for individuals who may lack confidence when resuming their routine.
After this one hour activity, we will meet in a cozy coffee shop gathering.
