Classical Meets Jazz at a Single Piano With Two Pianists

That promises to be an interesting evening! The event takes place at private rooms. Everyone is invited, but the lovely location in Berlin-Wilmersdorf won't be published until the day before the event, if you have inscribed.

We will meet a pianist and his brother...a pianist as well! One studied classical and the other jazz piano. This night they will meet and play together. Read, how they describe their own work:

"What makes our program unique is the innovative blend of classical music and jazz. As always, I (from Berlin) remain true to my favorite composers, Schubert and Chopin, while my brother—a jazz pianist from Mainz—seamlessly weaves jazz improvisations around these works; we essentially pass the piano back and forth. In addition to original compositions and completely free improvisations, audience members are invited to call out their favorite jazz standards, which he will then improvise upon during the performance. The program is rounded out by selected works for piano four-hands by Brahms and Piazzolla."

Are you in? Meeting point is right on the doorstep, please, be in time!
