TRAVEL REPORT: BIKE RIDING ON THE EUROPEN CONNECTION TRAIL

The travel talk will be given in German, but at the end you will have the opportunity to ask questions in English.
What is it about:
This summer, on a gravel bike, 7,000 kilometers through 14 countries: Markus Weinberg is following the European Connection Trail—from the Norwegian-Russian border to the Atlantic coast of Portugal.
Driven by the question of what holds Europe together today, he is traveling where the continent reveals its true face: in the rugged north, in the densely populated heart of Europe, and in the tranquil central region of Spain. Off the beaten path, he meets people, listens to their stories, and experiences just how diverse—and yet connected—Europe is.
His journey is more than just a physical challenge. It is a search for connection, for exchange, and for what emerges when you take the time—for landscapes, encounters, and the moment in the saddle.
