Lost Spaces - A VR Experience Inside the Nicosia Buffer Zone
Nicosia, Cyprus’s capital, remains Europe’s last divided city. Since Protected content , a UN-controlled Buffer Zone has cut through its historic centre, leaving homes and businesses abandoned for decades. This VR experience offers a rare glimpse into three emblematic spaces within this restricted area, guided by the memories of those who once lived there. An invitation to reflect on a city shaped by separation and time.
