This is an online cooking class via Zoom. We will prepare the dishes with the help of Akash who is a chef.

Menu (vegan/vegetarian):
- Rajasthani curry made with Vegan Chickpea-flour-sausages cooked in a spicy yogurt based gravy (photo attached)
- Indian Bread

Ingredients:

FOR GATTE KI SABZI Protected content is a traditional dish from the state of Rajasthan – chickpea flour dumplings boiled and then simmered in a yogurt based tangy curry.

1 cup besan / gram flour
½ tsp coriander seeds, crushed
¼ tsp ajwain / carom seeds
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
pinch hing / asafoetida
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp ghee / clarified butter
2 tbsp curd / yogurt
2 tbsp water

FOR SABZI:

2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin / jeera
1 tsp kasuri methi / dry fenugreek leaves
1 bay leaf / tej patta
½ tsp fennel / saunf
pinch hing / asafoetida
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
¼ tsp turmeric
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp cumin powder / jeera powder
1 cup curd / yogurt, whisk
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp garam masala
2 tbsp coriander, finel

FOR INDIAN BREAD:
Atta flour / wheat flour
