“DDT: The 20th Century” is a musical film created by director Sergey Kuznetsov together with the legendary Russian rock band DDT and musician Yuri Shevchuk.
Spanning the era from World War I to the collapse of the Soviet Union, the film tells the story of a family through music and a rich blend of visual storytelling techniques. Combining fictional scenes, archival footage, animation, and collage art, each chapter unfolds with its own unique visual language.
