Let's have a good laugh at the Zombie Parody THE DEAD DON'T DIE
Jim Jarmusch invites you to an absurd zombie hunt.
Welcome to the tranquil community of Centerville, somewhere in the US, where the sheriff and his colleague never really get anything done. Due to the petroleum fracking in the area, the earth's axis shifts (!). In Centerville, bloodthirsty zombies suddenly run through the streets wanting to eat people and drink coffee ...
Bill Murray and Adam Driver play the heroes in Jim Jarmusch's zombie parody. The team is strengthened by Chloë Sevigny as a young policewoman and Tilda Swinton as a funeral director who privately swings a dangerous samurai sword.
Jarmusch spikes his comedy with many quotes from zombie films, but also accentuates Trump's presence in his homeland. Many friends of the director - Steve Buscemi, Iggy Pop, RZA and and and - appear as zombies. Tom Waits is back!
We'll meet at 19:00 in the lobby where refreshments are served. I have purchased my ticket in the Parkett area: Row 6, Seat 10. At the moment all seats on either side are free. Please reserve/purchase your tickets yourself. The price is €6.50 and through KinoHeld €7.15 online. English with German Subtitles.
