The Vibrant City of Bilbao + Rioja Wine Tour and San Sebastian

We will explore the city of Bilbao in the Basque Country, an authentic region in „the green side of Spain“ and away from the tourist hotspots of the Mediterranean.

With its avant-garde architecture reflecting in the houses, the monuments and the prominent Guggenheim museum, Bilbao is a must see for travellers in search of exciting city trip experiences. Its location on the Atlantic coast, and its harbour that is among the biggest in Northern Spain make for its international dimension and its role as a gateway for maritime transport in Europe and beyond.

We will combine this city trip with a tour of the Rioja, Spain's famous wine region located roughly Protected content south of Bilbao. We will go through picturesque landscapes and villages, and obviously to one or two of the wineries where we will get to know more about those special wines and enjoy some glasses of the mind relaxing beverage.
