Evening Cycle Tour Parkenroute the Hague Part 2 - 16.5 Km

This part of the Parkenroute we ride from the neighbourhood Geuzenkwartier to the Ockenburg estate park and back again.

We will start from Protected content and from there we ride through old estates and small forests to the Ockenburg estate. including a 400m walk through the Meer and Bos park.

Although this part is ‘only’ 16.5 km we probably still need the full 2 hours as planned because of a 400m walk through the Meer and Bos park and the ride through the West Dune park on the way back.

The West Dune park is the city's most beautiful nature reserve and we will have some uphill tracks. It is recommended to have some gears on your bicycle on this stretch but not mandatory; in the worst case you walk your bicycle up the last part of the dune. The scenery and the views of the North Sea will make you enjoy the effort!

With the participants we can decide if we want a drink somewhere along the route or after we get back to the starting point. Of course a stop in any of the parks is always an option.
