Slow Walk (Hike) Maasland

This Slow Walk takes us to the Vlietlanden, one of the few original lowland peatlands in the Netherlands. The marshland near Maasland has never been reclaimed, so the peat hasn't compacted. Between the Noordvliet, Middelvliet, and Boonervliet rivers lie reed marshes, which you can view from the embankment.
