Help to learn the cycle rules in Amsterdam

Hey all. Here a few weeks, plan to finally buy a granny bike soon. Any experienced commuter cyclists out there willing to trade an hour of your time riding around with me and sharing your road knowledge in return for lunch or beers or suchlike? I can ride fine but have little road cycle experience. Have tried to find a proper course but no luck, so even if one of you guys knows of any of those? Thanks in advance...
