Plant Laws (Bangalore)

My Wife & I are planning to move to Blore next year and are doing the normal of what goes and what stays. Our pets are going and after much deliberation we decided to take the kids as well... LOL. But seriously we know there are several different laws between different countries and were wondering if we can bring our collection of cactus plants into India or is there a problem with this. I noticed on an American website that Cacti are covered by CITIES Certification. We have bought them from local garden centres and supermarkets so have no paperwork fo them.
