Content Manager (Bangkok)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Writing, editing, proofreading and managing written content to a professional standard based on established voice and tone guidelines across all media channels.
Produce monthly newsletters to relevant business segments.
Provide content for company websites, ensuring tone and style are fresh, vibrant and clearly conveys the company message, values and mission.
Formulating and delivering a cross-platform content strategy that’s in line with EXO Travel’s overall objectives as well as the Marketing strategy.
Collaborate with destinations and sales teams to develop content that supports effective sales and promotional materials, their campaigns and initiatives.
Coordinating responsibilities and functions across the Marketing team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a professional standard.
Provide editorial, creative and technical support to EXO team members.
Develop tools, assets and training materials to expand marketing and content creation expertise across the organization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, internal initiatives and marketing/ content-creation best practices to guide our strategy.
Supervise the marketing team and provide guidance and support as needed.
Produce quarterly reports on core marketing achievements.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing/communications, writing, tourism or a related field
Proven experience in market research, segmentation, advertising, branding and in the use of other marketing techniques
Demonstrable experience creating and developing engaging Marketing content
Proven leadership and team management skills
Experience in the Travel Industry preferred

SKILLS
Native English Speaker
Strong copywriting skills
Understanding of travel trends and knowledge of our destinations
Aptitude in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Aptitude and/or basic knowledge of photography and videography
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills (ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Leader with a positive and dynamic personality, able to adapt to different cultures
Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism
