The individual will assist the Master Trainer in the design, delivery and evaluation of the company’s core syllabus and curricula through best practices in the classroom for young learners.

• To edit, plan and prepare lessons that are engaging, creative and interactive based on the company’s core curricula
• Create additional learning materials/resources to enhance the company’s core curricula
• To support the sales team by providing content expertise and demonstrate the curriculum to potential customers (ie school leaders, teachers etc)
• To deliver curricula and mapping curricula to local education standards (eg syllabus and standards defined by Ministry of Education)
• To support the Master Trainer and work in a team in all relevant tasks and duties

Job Requirement
• Candidate must possess a minimum Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent
• At least 4 years of working experience in the development and implementation of curriculum in educational settings as well as teaching experience
• Knowledge about pedagogy and teaching of young learners 4 to 8 years old
• Preferably age between 35 years and above
• Demonstrate flexibility in thinking and ability to work across teams and ability to connect with external stakeholders (eg school leaders and teachers)
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Computer literate in Micro Soft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Native speakers are also encouraged to apply
