Need advice on visa issues (Bangkok)

Hi guys, i am planning a trip to Germany and Spain at the end of this year and would like to take my girlfriend with me. Does she need to make visas for both countries or is one for Germany enough. Also is it necessary to get a multiple entry for her since she will be leaving Germany? if anybody could help me out that would be awesome!
