Burnout – latest Buzzword or serious social challenge? Where are the boundaries between 'I'm ready for vacation', 'I'm exhausted', 'I'm unmotivated and burnout?
Our programme begins at this early stage of being stressed-out or flirting with burnout - and then moves to reorient with the new strength gained.
Be in the Flow - Sustainable life - facilitated by Gundhild Hoenig and Vinay Deshpande, two experienced coaches and facilitators in people transformation. Another expert and coach, Foo C Yong, will be with us for a special experience, by adding rhythm.
