Flat in Berlin - looking for a new tenant

Hi there,
I am moving to Paris in a couple of weeks and I was wondering if anyone is interested in moving into my flat. Here are the key facts:
*based in Charlottenburg (nice, cosy quarter)
*1st floor, 3 rooms, 95qm, high ceilings, stucco
* front facing house
* sunny balcony for 2 people (including some furniture)
* wooden floor
* others: walk-in closet (sleeping room), pantry (kitchen), fitted kitchen, wall cupboard (hall), some additional furniture can be bought
