TIGELLE & CRESCENTINE (Bologna)

Hi all,

the apero sessions are great but..... how about adding some extra thrilling dining experiencse time to time, and create chances to catch up more often?

Here is my cent thought:

For those who still haven't tried them, I have to say it's probably one of the most yummie (and of course heavy) experience you may have from Bologna to Modena.

When I travel abroad, I am always happy when locals take me out to their own food places and so far I have been quite lucky to find alwyas good stuff.

Well..... my proposal here is to arrange a dinner and let you try these delicacies. Tradition says it's a kind of food better to be faced in cold months but.... summer seems still far away so why not?

I can find a place quite in town (Ristorante Antica Ricetta in via Massarenti) or in the country side (La Casona near San Giovanni in Persiceto) or up on the hills (Trattoria Le Ganzole). Your choice, of course.

Those who will attend are also requested to express a couple of preferences in terms of days (week days or FRI/SAT ?).

Last but not least, June should be the month.
