We are currently looking for a Senior HR Specialist with experience in career and performance management processes in a medium to large-sized company.
What will your responsibilities look like?
Support the career management and performance management programme
Provide assistance for the implementation of the internal HR management system
Upload initial data and keep all information up to date in the internal HR management system
Generate reports on HR-specific topics, whenever necessary (tasks regarding: career and performance management, learning, recruitment)

What abilities will you need?
Experience in working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience in working with HR applicant tracking systems
Experience in working with career management programmes/systems
Clear understanding of general HR processes

Proven ability to develop business relationships and networks internally and externally
Ability to exercise a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives
Strong organisational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain a high-volume workload
Adaptable and flexible to change, with a strong ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities/projects
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
What experience do you need?
A minimum of 2 years of professional HR experience in a well-organised business environment, working in the area of career management/performance management is desired
Good knowledge of all HR-related processes
Experience in the IT industry is a plus
