A reputable Real Estate Agency located in Sheikh Zayed is seeking for an Office Admin to join its successful team.

Job brief

We are looking for an Office Admin to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to be an intermediary between clients and team, to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.


Office Admin responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, answering a phone calls and taking a client’s requests accurately, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees.
Should also have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, filing system and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.
Should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.


•Graduated from a reputable University
•From 0 to 3 years experience
•Fluent Arabic and English languages both speaking and writing
•High Work Etiquette
•Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
•Pleasant and trustworthy
•MS Office and Internet familiarity
•Sheikh Zayed and near areas residents are preferred

Working Conditions:

•Working Days: Saturday - Thursday
•Working Hours: 10 am – 5 pm
•Days Off: Friday
