Schools With Special Needs Programs (Cairo)

Hi,
We are considering a move to Cairo. Our son has Down Syndrome. Does anyone know of schools that would be accepting and have services for kids with special needs, specifically Down Syndrome. We'd prefer a school that provides inclusive education vs one that only serves special needs students. But any info would be helpful. Also, does anyone have experiences with Down Syndrome on Cairo? General attitudes of people? I want our son to be accepted and valued. Thanks!!!
