Internet service in Upanga-East (Dar es Salaam)

Hi Expat,
Can anyone suggest which telecom service provider(both for Wi Fi and modem) would be the best for Upanga-East area?
I finalised an apartment today. I tried Vodafone but it's coming EDGE only.
Your suggestion is appreciated in advance!
