Which Bank is better ? (Doha)

Hi friends
I just moved to Doha , I need to open an bank account to have my salary on it , also in future i may take a car loan or even personal loan.
my company doesn't have any benefits in any bank , they said all the same to us, so I have seen QNB and CBQ .
any suggestion which is better ? also in the transfer rates , I was using in Dubai HSBC and Dubai bank , HSBC is really expensive , so also please advice if you suggest another bank but these two
