Hockey in Dubai?

Sounds like a stupid question, but I noticed there is a league of some sorts here with teams like Dubai Mighty Camels. Does anyone know if this is a professional league or could half-decent hockey players get on the team?

Does anyone play in pick-up leagues? Let me know. Looks like I will be in Dubai in a few months and want to know if I should bring my equipment :)
