Hi all, my new pizzeria, 800pizza, in Dubai marina walk is open... I bake my pizzas in my wood fired brick oven using only flour from Naples, Mozzarella from Caserta, Oil from Umbria and Tomatoes from Campania... Unfortunatelly I do not do any Hawaian pizza or Alfredo pasta..neither I serve Tobasco or Ketchup. My pizzas are best enjoyed at the pizzeria as dine-in, our strenght is in the freshness of the ingredients, having the pizza delivered will result in a considerable loss of freshness and crispiness and that's why most of our dine in customers are italians.
