Public transport in Dubai

Hi all,
I would be coming to Dubai for one month for official visit, though I would have weekday offices and 4 weekend, I would know which Metro pass will be suitable for me, or shall I go for simple card and get it recharged everytime I visit.

Please not I will be staying very near to my office so would not require travelling while going and coming down from office
