QATAR or DUBAI (Dubai)

For quite some time I have scrolled through numerous articles on where to go between Dubai (and the Emirates in general) and Qatar, cant seem to make a decision.

needles to say it all depends on your needs, sacrificing this for that... I still need a little bit of first hand information from those who have lived in both places...
