Survey on foreign workers and the Covid-19 virus i (Dubai)

Hello everybody! We are two researchers from Aalto University in Finland currently collecting data on foreign workers and the Covid-19 virus in the UAE.

We invite you to participate in this study on the well-being and adaptation of foreign workers in the UAE in the times of COVID-19. This is an independent study conducted by the Aalto University School of Business located in Finland. It aims at gaining deeper insight into the present situation of the foreign workforce in the UAE as one of the few true global “melting pots” of cultures and nationalities. The study’s aim is to publish the research in leading academic journals to increase our understanding of how organizations can support their foreign workers.

In the survey, you will find questions about your adaptation and coping with the COVID-19 pandemic in the workplace and the UAE more generally as your host country. The questions are designed to capture different facets of your professional and private life. There are no trick questions and we believe that you will find this questionnaire interesting.

Please answer as honestly as possible. It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete the survey. Under no circumstances will your responses be made available to anyone in your organization or beyond. You will remain absolutely anonymous.
