Friends / shared apartment / bicycle / art school (Florence)

Hello, Im new in the city, currently studying Italian and I will be here until there middle of the next year just studying italian and arts and not working. I really need your orientation regarding the following:

1) Shared apartment - Where can I find a nice shared apartment to rent? I am willing to move out from my currently apartment at the end of november since this one is from the italian school.

2) Bicycle - Where can I buy a used bike? :) I am always at the center but it´s difficult to walk all day long!

3) Art school - I am looking for an art school in either Stained Glass or jewelry .. any recommendation? I checked some schools at the internet but I need a personal opinion
