How to Obtain a Sailing License in Germany (Frankfurt)

Hi folks,

Does anyone know how to obtain a sailing license in Germany through a theoretical test in English? I plan to sail this summer, and checked out a few schools in Frankfurt. It seems the teaching can be conducted in English, but the theoretical test must be done in German...

However, my German language skill is less likely to reach that level by the end of this summer… Going to UK and get an English license (RYA) then come back to sail is also not the best option for me… I am wondering if any better ideas can be sparked from this forum.
